John Denver has inscribed "Peace!" along with his signature on the offered index card, with a date notation of "9/5/92," indicating he most-likely signed card the day after the final show of his 1992 U.S. concert tour in Green Bay, Wisconsin. During his career, Denver sold more than 30 million albums and was awarded 12 gold and four platinum record awards. His biggest hits include "Take Me Home, Country Roads", "Annie's Song", "Rocky Mountain High", "Calypso", "Thank God I'm a Country Boy", and "Sunshine on My Shoulders".
