Offered is an "ELVIS PRESLEY" Air Travel Card International, a travel credit card, provided to his personal hair dresser, Homer "Gill" Gilleland, which emanates directly from the Graceland Archives. Gill was Elvis Presley’s hair stylist for over 20 years. During Elvis’ career, it was nothing for him to pick up the phone and ask Gill to hop on a plane to come to Graceland, Hollywood, Las Vegas, or wherever he might be to do Elvis’ hair. Gill was the recipient of many gifts over the years, such as jewelry, cars, and even a house. With the Air Travel Card, Gill could go the airport at any time and get on a flight to go wherever Elvis was. The credit card was originally offered in the 1999 Graceland Archives auction as part of lot C221 and comes with a copy of the original Graceland Archives LOA. The card measures 3 ½ x 2 1/8 inches and presents with mild wear to the reverse. Near Mint condition.
