"Rosebud..." Offered are four 1930's studio-issued news service photos featuring actress Marion Davies, who is best known as the mistress of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst. The films include Cain and Mabel (1936) and Ever Since Eve (1937). The photo promoting the latter was used in the June 1, 1937 issued of the Herald Examiner, one of the many newspapers owned by Hearst. Three photos measure 8 x 10 inches and present Near Mint condition. The larger news photo from 1937 measures 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 and presents Excellent to Mint condition.
