Offered isa group of 18 television network-issued publicity photos, many of which qualify as news service photos complete with paper captions on the back, publication archiving stampings and various editorial usage markings. The group includes photos promoting the following TV series:
- Star Trek, with Captain Kirk dressed in WWII Nazi "SS" uniform;
- Batman, with Julie Newmar as "Catwoman";
- The Brady Bunch, with Maureen McCormick and guest star Davy Jones of The Monkees;
- The Partridge Family, with Shirley Jones;
- The Munsters, with Beverly Owen (the "first season" Marilyn Munster);
- The Flintstones, two different;
- Our Miss Brooks, featuring Gale Gordon;
- To Tell the Truth, game show;
- Davy Crockett: King of the Wild Frontier, two different (from the theatrical release of three episodes cut into a feature film);
- The Big Valley, three different with Barbara Stanwyck and Linda Evans;
- The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp, with Hugh O'Brian;
- 77 Sunset Strip, two different, both with star Edward Byrnes; and
- The Fugitive, with David Janssen.
The photos measures 8 x 10 inches, with several slightly smaller, and present in Excellent to Mint condition overall. Many have waviness indicative of photos where the paper captions were adhered to the reverse for press usage.
