Offered is a group of 13 of the rarely seen 1965 Wilson Advisory Staff oversized premiums. The smaller 8 x 10 premiums are very common, but the these larger 11 x 14 miniposters may be the rarest of all Wilson premiums. Included are: Jerry West (NBA Hall of Famer) (2), Ron Santo (Baseball Hall of Famer), Harmon Killebrew (Baseball Hall of Famer) (2), Paul Hornung (2), Maureen Connolly (Tennis Grand Slam Winner) (2), Jack Kramer (Tennis Major Winner) (2) and Tommy Mason (NFL) (2). We date these to 1965 based on the existence of a Wilson magazine advertisement utilizing this Jerry West image in it. It is certainly possible they hail from a bit earlier, but besides the tennis players, all the other players don't enter their respective sports until 1960-61. The premiums measure 11 x 14 inches and present with mild toning along the bottom edges, with one of the Hornungs more so.All have small staple holes at the top corners. Excellent to Mint condition overall with a couple lesser.
