Includes: a 1957 letter confirming arrangements for a television appearance signed in green ink and a 1958 rehearsal schedule signed in blue ink by Gypsy Rose Lee; two (2) cut signatures of Sally Rand, both approximately 3 x 2 3/4 inches; and a check from 1989 signed by Tempest Storm.
