Cole Porter Correspondence Archive (13 Pieces) with Signed Letters from Emanuel Sacks and Albert Warner (One of the “Warner Bros.”) (BAS)

Offered is an archive of various correspondences from great composer Cole Porter. Ten of the missives are copies of letters from Porter and cover a wide range of subjects. Perhaps the best of the group is a letter from 1954 asking a company, "In the future when you send me Caviar will you please tape the cans, as often they arrive half open." The lot includes a letter from Emanuel "Manie" Sacks to Porter as well as a signed letter from Albert Warner of Warner Brothers Pictures. Also included is a 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 inch photo of Porter. Near Mint condition overall.
