Offered is a Betty Grable signed "Cash Advance" slip from her time in Las Vegas in 1956 when she performed a nightclub show at the "El Rancho Vegas" hotel and casino. Grable signed the form for $1,000 on August 19, 1956, when she was performing with her husband Harry James. The show featured the two doing some numbers from her film career, but mostly original material, as well as elaborate costumes and set pieces. The signed "Cash Advance" slip is presented in a large matte display with two photos of Grable, including her famous bathing suit photo by Frank Powolny. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The document measures 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and presents with some fading and moderate wear. Excellent condition.
