Buck Henry Signed 1969 Contract with ABC Pictures Corp. to Produce and Write Seven Footprints to Satan (BAS)

Hot off the success of 1967's The Graduate, writer and actor Buck Henry was in high demand. The offered October 1, 1968, agreement is signed by Henry for "ABC Pictures Corp." to be both producer and screen writter for a film "tentatively entitled 'Seven Footprints to Satan." The film was never produced, as Henry went on to write Candy and Catch-22 during 1969 and 1970. The film may have been a remake of the 1929 silent film of the same name, but that is unclear. Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentic. The two-page agreement presents with expected filing wear with punch holes at the top. Near Mint condition.
