The offered "Elvis Summer Festival" ceiling hanger was produced to promote Elvis Presley's concerts at The Sahara Tahoe in 1971. After the raging success of his return to the stage during 1969, Elvis came back with a vengeance in 1970, playing 139 shows between January 26 and November 17. He continued into 1971 with a host of shows in January and February and then in Lake Tahoe at the Sahara in July and August. The sign bears the Sahara Tahoe logo, as well as that of RCA, Elvis' record label. The sign measures 10 ½ inches in diameter and presents with few distresses. Near Mint condition.
