Offered is a ticket stub for Elvis Presley's last concert on June 26, 1977, for a seat in section 17, row KK, seat 109. These "final concert" tickets are highly sought after by Elvis fans, and the offered example has the enviable distinction of presenting with "IN CONCERT ELVIS" intact due to a nice tear by the ticket-taker at the arena.
Elvis’ first tour in 1977 began on February 12th in Hollywood, Florida and his final tour of five for the year started with the June 17th performance in Springfield, Missouri, and ended at the Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. Unknown at the time, this June tour in the Midwest would turn out to be his last before his untimely death that August 16. A couple of the shows on this last tour were filmed for the CBS television special Elvis in Concert. The ticket measures 3 x 1 5/8 inches and presents with an even torn edge.
