Offered is a 1964 window card movie poster promoting Elvis Presley's film Roustabout, among other films playing at the "DYAS 34 DRIVE-IN THEATER" in Earlville, IL. In Roustabout, Elvis plays the role of Charlie Rogers, a motorcycle-riding musician who takes a job with a struggling traveling carnival--the film co-stars Barbara Stanwyck. Window cards like this would have been produced each month by local drive-ins, and the offered window card promotes seven other films playing in May that year. They include Godzilla vs. The Thing, Hush...Hush Sweet Charlotte, Dear Brigitte, Behold a Pale Horse, Pajama Party and Ride the Wild Surf. The poster measures 14 x 22 inches and presents with some toning, some tape and edge wear. Excellent condition.
