Offered is partial three sheet for Elvis Presley's 1964 film Viva Las Vegas. It's missing the top 18 inches of the poster, which appeared to be removed by a theater to fit into a window. The time and date of the local showings is written in grease pencil on the white area on the lower right. What's missing is the headline at the top, so the image area of the poster with Elvis and Ann-Margret front and center.
Viva Las Vegas is considered by many to be one of Elvis’ best films, highlighted by legendary songs and the natural chemistry between its two stars, Elvis and Ann-Margret. Elvis plays Lucky Jackson, who heads to Las Vegas to win the Grand Prix. In the process of raising the money he needs to repair his racecar, he crosses paths with Rusty Martin, a swimming instructor played by Ann-Margret. The fast-paced, twisted plot makes for a fun ride for the audience. The poster measures 41 x 64 inches and presents with heavy edge wear, some staining, and writing on the front. Good condition.
