Offered is a .38 caliber bullet fired by Elvis Presley at Graceland in the mid-1970s. The bullet was picked up and saved by Mike McGregor, whose talents included running Elvis' Circle G Ranch in the 1960s, as well as leather working and jewelry making when he moved to Graceland to continue working for the Presleys. Mike attached a loop at the end of the bullet so it could be worn with a necklace. The bullet is accompanied by Mike's small letter with his printed signature that reads "This .38 caliber case was fired by Elvis in the backyard of Graceland and picked up by me about 1973-74." When Mike sold these bullets, he created copies of this letter for inclusion. The small letter has also has a live signature from Mike's wife, Barbara McGregor. The bullet's headstamp reads "RA66", which stands for "Remington Arms" and the year of manufacture "1966". The bullet comes housed in a box from "The Shop of Mike McGregor /Museum, Jewelry and Leatherwork". The bullet measures 1 5/8 inches long. Excellent condition.
