Offered is a Rolling Stones "Cardiff and Pembroke Castles" Concert Poster, Limited Edition (1157/5000), commemorating the ill-fated show in 1973. The print features the printed signatures of the band. When given the assignment, artist Kate Burness was told as long as the dragon had the trademark Rolling Stones mouth, she could create whatever she liked for the poster advertising the 1973 concerts. This image was used to advertise a one-day show at Cardiff and Pembroke Castles in Wales in September 1973. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled due to an outbreak of Puritanism by the local government, and the bulk of the posters were destroyed. Very few original prints made it into the hands of collectors. Accompanied by the original 1994 certificate of authenticity from "The Rolling Stones Collection." The poster measures 17 1/2 x 23 1/2 inches and presents in Near Mint condition.
