Offered is Sonny West's Las Vegas Hilton Security badge and ID card given to him by Elvis Presley. Both are still housed in their original leather badge wallet. The badge reads "Las Vegas Hilton Security" with the rank "CAPT." at the bottom. The accompanying letter on Sonny West's "TCB" letterhead, dated July 12, 2000, reads "This letter is to confirm the authenticity of a badge that was given to me by Elvis Presley and the head of security at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. When Elvis would get security badges for himself, he would often get one for Red and I. After receiving his badge, he would then personally present Red and myself our badges. This particular badge is a Las Vegas Hilton Hotel Security Badge with the rank of Captain. There is also an identification card from the International Hotel that accompanies the badge. That was the name of the hotel before Hilton bought it." The ID card shows moderate use, but the badge is in Near Mint condition.
