Offered is an original screen-printed concert poster for a Melvins show on October 6, 1994, at the club First Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Also on the bill was the band Wool. The poster was designed by noted alternative rock poster artist Frank Kozik. Kozik has worked with Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring, Butthole Surfers, and Helmet, to name just a few of his clients during his long career.
