Offered is a United Press International news service photo featuring Jimmie Foxx and Mel Ott in the mid-1940's. The crystal clear photo has been encapsulated by PSA "TYPE II Authentic" and dated to the 1958-62 period, based on the UPI stampings on the reverse. The photo measures 10 x 8 inches and captures the two greatest home run hitters of the 1930s and 40s comparing their chosen weapons of mass destruction. Excellent to Mint condition.
