Offered are a pair of consecutive tickets for Elvis Presley's concert on October 11, 1956, at The Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. Elvis played to more than 26,000 fans in the football stadium. The tickets are accompanied by a Souvenir Photo Album from the show as well as a very interesting modern photo of Elvis enjoying a meal during his time in Dallas for The Cotton Bowl show. The scene was the Midway Cafe in Dallas, and Elvis is joined by his pal Eddie Fadal, a DJ from Waco, Texas. Elvis and Fadal, of course, would become lifelong friends, and Elvis spent a lot of time at Fadal's home while stationed in Texas during basic training in the Army. The offered tickets have sequential serial numbers, 3474 and 3475. They measure 2 x 1 1/2 inches and present with paper loss on the back of each from album mounting. Very Good to Excellent condition.
