Offered is an RIAA Platinum Record for The Beatles 1966 LP Yesterday and Today. The award's plaque reads "Presented to Dr. Chuck Stevens to Commemorate the sale of more than one million copies of the Capitol Records Album, Cassette & CD 'Yesterday & Today." While the album was certified Gold by the RIAA in less than a month after it's release in 1966, it wasn't certified Platinum until January 10, 1997. DJ Dr. Chuck Stevens had a legendary career in radio and hosted a "Breakfast with the Beatles" show for years. The award measures 18 x 21 and presents with scuffs and scratches on the black frame. Near Mint condition.
