Seminal Rockabilly artist Gene Vincent has signed this autograph book page "To Wendy Love Gene Vincent." Vincent is credited with pioneering both rockabilly and rock and roll, generally, and his 1956 top ten hit with his Blue Caps, "Be-Bop-a-Lula", is considered a significant early example of rockabilly. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Rockabilly Hall of Fame. Vincent died at only 36 years old in 1971, making his signature very tough to find. The back of the page is signed by a "Margo Thomas", and it is dated "25, 7, 60" indicating this was most likely signed the night in 1960 when Vincent played the Cirencester Corn Hall in England. Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentic. The page measures 3 x 4 inches and presents in Near Mint condition.
