The signers include Ira Weatherly, Eugene S. Grennan, Francis D. Thornhill, Gillen T. Nicely, Frank K. Wey, Jr., Jack Bivens, Chester S. Chudy and Donald D Beaudette. Each has indicated their positions on the fateful mission that led to end of hostilities with the Empire of Japan. Near Mint to Mint condition.
