Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio has placed his large signature on the offered oversized photo. The image dates to the 1948 season with the New York Yankees. Babe Ruth passed away on August 16, 1948, and the appearance of the black armband on Joe's left sleeve dates this photo to that year. The photo is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The photo measures 16 x 20 inches and presents with just a bit of toning on the extreme edges from previous framing. Near Mint condition.
